Our selection process

Application

 

The application should clearly and concisely highlight academic qualifications and any relevant professional experience.

Introduction

 

  • The recruiting team will contact you by phone for a brief introductory interview.
  • During the interview, we will introduce you to our company and get an idea of your skills and attributes.
  • The goal of the introductory interview is to assess mutual interest in proceeding with the selection process.

First Interview

 

  • The first interview aims to provide a high-level overview of the candidate, assessing their skills and soft skills.
  • We ask candidates to solve business cases and evaluate their knowledge of the English language.
  • Our assessments follow a structured format and evaluation methodology to ensure consistency and fairness throughout the process.
  • During the first interview, you will also have the opportunity to ask any questions for further clarification about the job opportunity.

Interview with the Partners

 

  • The interview with the Partner aims to conduct an in-depth assessment of the candidate’s skills.
  • In this case, solving business cases will also be required.
  • If you are an experienced candidate, we will ask you to prepare a case study to present, in which you describe a significant project you took part in, highlighting your contribution and the role you played.
  • In some cases, a third interview with a second Partner may be required.
  • The interview with the Partner will provide candidates with a clear understanding of the role they will play within the work teams and the company as a whole.

Offer

 

If the outcome of the interviews is positive, you will be contacted with a job offer. You will receive all the details regarding the role, contractual conditions, and the next steps in the process.
