Graduated with top honors in Telecommunications Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, he has been working at ICT Consulting for over 15 years.
An expert in public tenders and ICT service outsourcing, he has contributed to achieving significant ICT cost reduction goals for numerous clients. With in-depth knowledge of IT Service Management processes, telecom operators’ business processes, and the supporting application architectures, he has successfully managed complex IT Transformation projects for both national and international operators.
A partner at ICT Consulting since 2008, he is currently the 231 compliance officer and a co-supervisor of numerous theses at the Politecnico di Milano.
